Here are a couple possible resolutions for jams or not pulling in paper in the paper trays
1. The paper sizing could be slightly off. Check the tab on the tray itself and make sure that it lines up with the appropriate paper type.
2. The paper isn’t situated in the tray properly. Take out the stack of paper in the tray and make sure the stack is neat and all together. Put the paper back in the tray and lightly shake the tray to position the paper correctly. Reinsert the tray and if you have a display see what type of paper the printer recognizes. Check to verify that it matches up with the paper in the tray.
