I used LazerQuest for printer maintenance for over 5 years to take care of my fleet of HP printers, black and white as well as color devices. Mark took care of any problems that came up with my printers the fastest I have seen. In most cases after talking to me on the phone he had a good idea of what the problem was and would show up to do the repair with parts in hand. No waiting for parts to be ordered AFTER a tech came out to look at it first, as it the case with most other printer repair shops I have worked with.
